Welcome to Me
Why I am starting this blog of sorts…
One of the things that I have found to be true is that life is way more complicated than people let on. I’m less than 20, and I have already experienced many things in my life that I never dreamed would happen. Many were amazing — others were terrifying.
But through it all, I have learned a lot. And it is these stories that inspire me in my own life. They inspire me in the way that I act, the way that I live, the way that I share, and the way that I love. And that is especially important to note because I would love to use this medium (haha. Get it. It’s called Medium.com) to share some love to you. I will also be cracking a lot of jokes. Sorry, but that’s just who I am.
I know that everybody is unique, but there are many things that we share in common. There are a lot of stories on here that I hope resonate with many of you and I hope to hear from you all about your own stories.

What is Nate’s Notes?
After that mouth full, you still might be curious what this blog is. Well, it is a place where I can share personal stories and stories from beyond myself that have changed the way that I see the world. I’m not just talking about the great things, but also the uncomfortable things.
I have always been the type of person that loves deep conversations, and this will be no different. My goal is to use these stories to push you and poke you. I want you to be shocked and uncomfortable, but also filled with love and happiness.
